Homeopathy for livestock and agriculture
Adoption of homeopathy for livestock mgmt is proved beyond doubt with almost negligible costs and without any side effects. With basic orientation and facilitation this can become self-supportive mechanism.

A Developmental breakthrough for real democracy

In my long journey of 30 years of developmental experience, I have realized that all our developmental interventions are not able to create better social value in the society, just because these interventions are not able to address the basic problem of corruption in the implementation of various developmental programmes.

Working with piece meal approach towards addressing corruption is like working along with the problem and not with the solution to a larger extant. Unless we evolve a holistic approach with popular governance mechanism, no amount of crime detection can solve the problem.

The basic problem for unrest in many democratic countries in the world is because of corruptive governance. Corruptive governance can be addressed only through the involvement of common masses in the governance. No amount of American aid to Pakistan or Afghanistan can improve the governance in these countries unless reach out accountabilities are ensured to the people.

Democracy does not end by people consent seal alone, it should be a continuous living ongoing process with positive energies of people. It needs to be action oriented and not reactionary oriented. The popular saying of “yatha praja thatha raja” (The quality of leadership is the reflection of the quality of common masses) indicates the necessity of involvement of common masses in the governance.

“A leaking pot cannot be rectified with just outer sealing, it needs internal sealing as well.”

With this understanding, RORES NGO initiated the dissemination of all welfare programme details of the government and also their progress reports through a bi-monthly magazine called “ARIVU”. This is done through a people’s forum at Chintamani taluk of Chickaballapur district, Karnataka with 5000 subscription base spreading across all the 350 villages. With in one-year of our  intervention we could visibly see a definite impact on all the departments of government and also on local political cadre. Our next aim is to create similar model editions in all the taluks of this district and impress upon the political leadership and bureaucracy for such a need through out the state.

You are welcome to participate in our popular governance initiative in all your possible ways. The contributors are provided with accessibility to look into our transparency and accountability.
